Sarah Ditchfield

I am a Degree Qualified Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist and accredited member of NHAA

I work to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine through the integration of scientific evidence based studies and research along with traditional herbal and nutritional training. I believe this integration allows optimal potential to bring the body back to a balanced vibrant state.

I strive to provide a safe, warm and nurturing environment with every individual I see. Together, we work to create long term health care solutions through addressing the root cause of your health and wellness concerns.

A little bit more about me

I am a big believer in practicing what you preach - one of these being balance or the 80/20 rule

I view the physical body as a whole - always working in harmony as one, not in separate parts. I'm not a fan of long term diets and more interested in nourishing your body with what intuitively and individually feels right for you. Along with reading up on all things wellness, I also have a strong interest in design and architecture and the energetics and emotions of the body and how they can impact our overall health.

In my spare time you will find me doing something that helps me obtain my ‘balance’ - the ocean, reformer Pilates, nature hikes, yoga, exploring (and eating) at a local restaurant or café, getting acupuncture, cooking and baking and of course filling up my social cup with my loved ones.
